Cancelation
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for orders from Indonesia. You have the option to return products if you provide an unboxing video. The product and package should be intact and carefully packed before sending it back to us. If returned product is damaged we will need to charge you for repair costs. The deposit will be transferred after the item is returned on time and in its original condition.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges due to varying products and prices. We encourage you to take your time to find your favorite product. We believe you will find here something you love.
Custom orders
Due to the nature of custom orders, we do not accept refunds or exchanges.
International orders
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for international orders due to high import tax in Indonesia.
Faulty Items
We pack each product very carefully, but sometimes unfortunate things may happen. If there is any issue with your package, tell us within 24 hours after receiving the package and send an unboxing video. We will do our best to help you!
Custom-Made Products
We are all about making things just for you! For custom orders, we ask for a 50% down payment. However, If you cancel the custom order, we can’t return money. Please understand that it takes our time, planning and work but we promise you will love what we create.

We’ll discuss every detail of your request, carefully considering the design and materials to match your vision. After we outline the costs, we ask for 50% down payment to secures your order. - Preparing Design
We create a design concept for your review. We can adjust the design until it feels perfect. - Crafting
After your approval, we start working on the product. We keep you updated on each stage, allowing for any adjustments to ensure that you feel happy with every detail. - Final Approval
Once your piece is finished, we’ll share images or videos to ensure every detail aligns with your expectations. Upon your approval, we’ll request the final payment. - Delivery
After receiving the remaining balance, we carefully prepare your custom jewelry for delivery and ship it to you.
Accessories For Rent
- Maximum rental period is 7 days from the date of receipt.
- For each rental order we collect deposit. This deposit serves as a security measure for any potential damage or loss.
- The deposit will be returned to you once the jewelry is received on time and in perfect condition.
- All accessories should be returned in its original packaging.
- In the event of a late return, damaged, or lost item, the deposit may be partially or entirely retained.
